FT8D91 Driver (v1.2):

Ver 1.2:
1. Add the Dance mat Mode in the Converters' Settings.
   The Dance mat Mode is used for the dancing mat. It solves the problem that the left and right(up and down) direction can't be pressed at the same time.
2. Solve the Gamecube controller is unresponsive when with only GC To PC Converter enabled problem in some computer.
